Problem starting entourage

Entourage cannot access your data. To attempt to fix the problem,
rebuild your database.

I am running Mac os 10.6.2
entourage 2008
database file is 15GB

I tried to do the rebuild option (actually, I've tried all options)
and I get an error before the rebuild finishes. I have a 285gb hard
drive, with 85gb used (200 free). I did a lot of searching and I'm
not sure what the problem is and I've tried various "fixes" that I've
found across the newsgroup.

Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?

Thanks,

Dee

Does the database open or just give you the error? If you can open, you can
salvage your data. How to manually move your data. (when import fails and/or
you need to move to a new Identity same version or revert to an older
version)

The 200 GB free is not enough. See this article:

xceeded_size_limit.html>

In case the above link does not work:

I do recoveries for clients and keep 500 GB free and have had great success.
The extra space makes all the difference.
