Problem starting Excel

A user just brought this to my attention. When she starts up Excel, Excel
tries to open all files in the My Documents folder. Any ideas why?

Win XP home edition. Office 2000

Bernard Liengme

Use menu command Tools |Options; open the General tab; look at the setting
in "At start, open al files in...." Most people have this blank.
