Problem Switching Identities

When I switch back and forth between the 2 identities on
my Outlook, it goes into lah-lah land. The only way I
can get Outlook back is to reboot my machine. I have
installed all critical updates. What's going on?

Outlook (from the Office suite of programs) doesn't use Identities. Are you
using Outlook or Outlook Express?
