randomly when he sent an email with an attachment (word, excel, pdf, etc) it
seemed to be sent but no copy saved in the Send items folder. The Outbox is
empty. But if you checked his mailbox using Outlook (MAPI) or OWA you will
see the mail is queued in the Outbox, just like an mail scheduled to be sent.
To re-send you have to open it and click on Send while in Outlook (MAPI) or
OWA. How to troubleshoot? Anything will be logged on FE or his Outlook
client? Again, he's using Outlook https, which will encrypt the connection.
