problem uploading saved webpage

I have previously created a webpage and saved it in a
folder on my computer. when trying to open the files by
clicking on open and excisting webpage a message says
caanot find files. I dont have the facility to browse for
these files, any help?

Sounds like you created a webpage without first creating a web*site*.
What do you mean you don't have the facility to browse for the file? In
your OS there is a search for files or similar function.
