problem using the printing Icon to print

Hi,

When I try to print a dialogue box comes out and asks me to connect to my
mail server again. dialogue box looks like this:

Connecting to mail.bb.com
User name:xxxxxxxxxxxxx...
Password:xxxxxxxxxxxxxx...

what type of email account? Does the message have external content? Does it
happen to all message formats?
