Problem w/Academic VL Software Product Key

Good Evening or morning....
Somehow the 'local disks' on my computers stopped working. I sync data
between my laptop & desktop. I've reinstalled apps & lost others and I am
having a problem activating Office 2003 , Academic VL using the product key
provided to me. I checked out EOpen and now it won't recognize the license on
my computer. I tried to search for the copy of the EULA that was downloaded
to my computer and it's missing. Is this because the product was already
activated (and on the same computers?). How do I get the Office programs to
work again? I cannot find Encarta either.
