Boy I sure hope someone can help me!!
I am all of a sudden having a problem with my microsoft
word program - problem is putting it midly!!!!!
It just flat will not open!
I try to open any document, saved with info on it or
totally new blank sheet - and it WILL NOT OPEN
I get a blue screen with the following message:
"fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0167:BFF9DFFF. The
current application will be terminated.
press any key to continue
or press Ctrl/Alt/Delte to reboot"
I press a key - nothing happens!
I press Ctrl/Alt/Delete - usually nothing happens - a
couple times it did restart the computer.
What the heck is going on?????
I have ton of stuff saved to microsoft word on my desktop!
The book my mother wrote, my genealogy, and lost more
stuff that I was working on so it was saved to desktop.
Am I going to be able to save that stuff at all?????
If I reinstall my WorksSuite 2002 will it just put in
whatever I need - or will it wipe out all the old and put
in new????
Someone help PLEASE
Thanks soooo very much!!
You can email me at (e-mail address removed)
THANKS....Pam
