Problem when closing form in Access 2007

I have converted an Access 2000 app (MDB) to an Access 2007 app(ACCDB).
I have a main form and subform with unbound text boxes. I change the format
of the text boxes (currency, date etc.) in the subform from the On Open event
of the Parent form.
When I close the form (even with acSaveNo), a dialog asks to save the form
every time.
This was not a problem in Access 2000 or 2003. Can anyone help?
