problem when new email arrives

I am having a problem with outlook 07. Every time an employee has an email open and receives a new email it closes the email she is viewing taking her back to her inbox. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? .

This is not standard Outlook behaviour. What happens if she starts Outlook
in safe mode? What type of account is this?
