problem while attaching a file using send to mail recipient

Dear All,

" Good Afternoon"

I Find problem while attaching file in microsoft outlook 2003 by right
clicking the file
and send to ->mail recipient.It asks me enter user name and mail address
everything.
But i can attach the file using outlook->file->attach file

Pls help me in this
