Problem while downloading emails using outlook Express 6.0

I have asked this question earlier but couldnt find any answer. My collegue
is using outlook express 6.0 with windows XP. He dials in to connect to our
email server using the SMTP server of the ISP. He says that he cannot
download his emails .The only message that is displayed is "downloading 1 of
4" and then nothing happens, it just stops there.Kindly send me a reply soon.

Try the Outlook Express newsgroup:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
