problem witch "vaoGetObjectWrap"

Hi! I learning how to create .exe add-on in Visual Studio .Net 2003...
When I calling function "vaoGetObjectWrap" - error LNK2019: unresolved
external symbol _vaoGetObject referenced in function "short __cdecl
vaoGetObjectWrap(class CVisioApplication &)".
How correct this error?
