Problem with 2003 Office Suite Product Key

I am trying to install the Student and Teacher Edition of Office from 2003 on
my computer. When I installed it, it took the code without saying anything.
Now when I try to use word, that box pops up and asks me for they product
key. I typed in the key that is on the back of the box and on the yellow
sticker. However, it says that that key is not valid. Any suggestions as to
what could be going on?

Did you have a trial version of Office installed before you installed
Office 2003? If so, uninstall both the trial and 03 and reinstall 03.
