Problem with Access 2000 db using 2003

Hi,

I am trying to run a report in an Access 2000 db with Access 2003 and get
this error: "You don't have the license required to use this active x
control." The report asks for a date range and then after you put in the
dates it does not work. Other reports work fine but the ones with a date
range do not. Any ideas why?
