Problem with calendar

G

George

We have IS status meeting every week and it is scheduled in Outlook. It is
only two of us and I was invited and accepted the meeting.
There is a Word document that I prepare and print 2 copies for each of us.
The idea is to keep the word document attached to every meeting with
corresponding content. We also keep the hard copy.
I don't want to change the document on my computer and then attach it to the
meeting. I would like to attach it to the first meeting and then keep adding
things to it on every future meeting. I have tested it, but once you change
it is the same for future and past meetings. Next meeting should have all
of it from the previous one.
These are not minutes. It is basically what issues we have open and which
ones
were closed. Every meeting should have word document with the issues from
that week. Since it is word, I can't paste it in to the meeting. It has a
lot
of formatting.
If you have any better ideas, let me know. Electronic version will be even
better so we can save some trees.

Thank you in advance, George

Sounds like a good solution might be to put the file on a network drive and
include a link to it in the body of the appointment, rather than the
document itself.
