Can someone please help.
I have used the comment facitity to annotate corrections on a
microsoft office document. All the corrections have been carried out.
The problem now is that everytime I open the document it opens in
comment mode and see all the comments during the devlopemnt of the
document. I have to click final to see the document without all the
comments. My question is - How do switch off the comment permanently
so that I don't have to go to final every time I open the document.
