If I have a contacts folder, and change the view to a table view like 'By
Company' If i then customorize this view and turn off in cell editing then
if I restart Outlook and navigate to this folder it will scroll all the way
to the bottom, and do this every time i start Outlook and go to this folder.
Is this a bug or a design of the program ?
