Problem with Contacts in Outlook 2000

I need to file my contacts in Surname order. I have gone
to Tools > Options > Contacts Options and set the
defaul "File As" order to Last First but the display is
still by First Name.

Any ideas how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

You did not provide enough information. Sort where? In what view? What mail
support mode are you using?
