Yesterday I opened a pre-configured worksheet which was
carried over from a previous version of an excel work alike.
I was surprised to find out that the "date" column could not
update per user type in. Example was where 26 June came out
as 06-01, and nothing I did could change the output.
I have Win XPpro with all 3 dot net versions installed.
Application was installed so as not to use dot net.
Could I be right in assuming that the OpenOffice Excel
formatting would have to be completely rewritten to MS
guidelines?
Also Must I install the dot extension for the app to work
properly?
