Hi
We have an issue with a delegate using office 2003 sp1 on both delegate and
original mailbox owner, there is only one delegate and has editor permissions.
From what we have noticed it occurs intermittenly(one out of every 7-8
times) and only to updates to one of the meetings in the reoccurance.
There appears to be two possible outcome when the issue occurs, first it
will create the new correct meeting but the other meeting will still be there
with everyone but the delegate crossed out so both entries will be there side
by side. The other possible outcome is where the update does go
successfully, but the entry in the calendar view has garbage as the with
wingdings and questionmarks. If you open it the entry is fine and resave it
then it corrects itself.
I have tried removing re-adding the delegate, giving actual rights to the
mailbox and so far nothing has changed.
Any idea why this is happening and is there any fixes that will prevent this
from happening again?
Thanks
