Problem with e-mail capability

When I setup a word document to be used as an e-mail
dialogue & then try to "Send to" mail recipient from the
File pulldown, I get this message -- "Word could not load
the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network
connection problem or a problem with your Office
installation. It's not our network, because another
station works fine. I've reinstalled Office with no
resolution to my problem. Anybody out there who can give
me advice?

I have the same problem with Word 2002. I would love to
know how to solve this problem. Anybody?
