problem with e-mail

I have had to basically bring my computer back to original format. I have
been having trouble with the sending of my e-mails. Although I can receive
tons of mail -I cannot send anything out. I believe the basis for this
started from Norton Symantec.........I use Business outlook 2007 and has
anyone had this issue after trying to uninstall norton?.............FYI all
my emial settings are where they are supposed to be. and i tested my ISP my
mail set up works with other computers

Disable Norton;s mail integration - this is a common problem. If you can't disable it, you need to uninstall and reinstall without the mail integration option installed.
