Problem with Edit Select All Function

Hi

I created a detailed function/flowhart in visio. I saved
the file, then reopened it. Selected "edit" then "select
all" and the whole chart scrunched over to the left
margin. I exited the file without saving but when I open
it again all the boxes, text, lines, etc. are still
scrunched. When I open the file now it first appears in
the proper format and then snaps back into the scrunched
state. Please help.
