Problem with email replies from Lotus Notes users

I've just started to use Outlook 07 on XP. I do work with a company that uses
Lotus Notes. When I send them an email and they reply I simply get the
original message I sent and can't see what they wrote?

How do I fix this?

Have you found a solution? I am having the same problem but with Outlook 2003.
