Problem with embedded Excel Spreadsheet in a Word Document

Hello All,

I have a peculiar problem. I have a proposal form I use in my
business. It has an embedded spreadsheet with the line items in it.
If I close it after entering something into it, I am no longer able to
edit it again. When I try to open it, I get the error 'This object is
corrupt or is no longer available.' This is on an XP Pro svc pak 2
machine, MS Office 2003 with all latest patches installed.

Can anyone help?!

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the
Office Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton

I don't have Norton. I have the latest version of Zone Alarm Suite. I
have tried shutting it down, but it still happens. Maybe there is
another ZA service running even though I shut it down.
