Problem with exchange server

My company is using Microsoft Exchange server and they have removed a user
but when someone replies to a certain calender reminder or invitation they
get An email from the System Administrator that the mail is Undeliverable:
Accepted: SOFTWARE RPTS The email to line has the name of the removed
employee but is delivered to the person who replied to the invitation. I
need a fix for this.
