Dear all,
I've come across a problem with the "Export timephased data to excel"
facility in project. What I want is to export the actual cost to a
spreadhseet so that I can see the data spread across months.
For example,
Activity A has an actual cost of £9.5 and has 3 months duration. However,
when I export to Excel I get the ACWP as £9.5 PER MONTH up to the status
date. The Actual Cost is exported as a lump sum of £9.5 for the first month,
and then nothing for the remaining two months duration.
What I would expect to see is the £9.5 prorated across the three months
duration of this activity.
CAn anyone give me any pointers for this strange behaviour, and is there any
way to get it to do what I want?
