problem with hedings and footnotes

can anybody tell me how to do this? how can I set the position of heading
and footnote to top and bottom with horizontal orientation of the page?
(take a look below). when i'am taking default settings for headings and
footnotes i obtain the heading at the left-hand side of the page and the
footnote at the right-hand side.

What you're asking about is not "headings" and "footnotes" but headers and
footers, specifically, how to put a portrait header and footer on a
landscape page. See
