When I go to help The entire screen becomes very unstable and the
status bar ate the bottom appears and disappears. It is like the
screen is flashing. I have run "Repair" and it has not changed this
behavior. I am not able to use Help at all because of this. In
searching the Microsoft site I have not seen any reference to this
problem.
