Problem with Indicator

Hi,
I am using an indicator for a custom field. The problem is when I change it
something different. All the projects still show the previous indicator. So
I have to open them and publish them again. Am I doing something wrong?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Whenever you change your project plan or update it with actuals, you should
always click Collaborate - Publish - All Information to "push" all schedule
changes to PWA. Doing so will update your indicators. Hope this helps.

Thanks Dale!
Does it mean if I change an indiciator and there are 200+ different
projects, I need to open them one by one and re-publish them?

Ideally, your organization's decisions about custom fields should be made at
the beginning of the implementation process. In the real world, sometimes
an organization needs to "fine tune" indicator criteria in one or more
custom fields. However, if your people keep changing your indicator
criteria, then yes, you will need to open and republish all of your 200
projects to make sure that everything is current in PWA. Hope this helps.
