Hi there, I wondered if anyone else has encountered what I describe below
with O2003... or maybe someone can help me get to the bottom of the problem.
I have a number of users who experience problems when issuing meeting
requests. What happens is that they compose and send the requests but almost
automatically responses are received from requested attendees - as quickly as
an "out of office" would generally be received. The responses can be accept,
tentative or decline - it is seemingly random.
It puzzles me because the requested attendees usually have not even opened
the meeting request. The response comes back so quickly it is like it is
automatically generated? How can that be? They have no special settings
applied to process meeting requests. Could it be a problem with the server?
Any advice would be appreciated.
