problem with label creep using Avery 5163 Labels?

I am having a problem with the text creeping up the face of the label as it
prints. For example Name and Adresses pulled from a db are getting higher
and higher on the label face.

I am using Avery 5163 2 up shipping labels. These are listed in MS works
and Avery says they work with Word. Any suggestions?

Sounds to me as if it's a problem with your printer and the "paper
grabbers."
