Problem with log in to project server 2003

We have Microsoft Small Businness Network with SBS2003 (SQL 2000) and
Project Server 2003 + Project Professional 2003. On one profil I can't
connect to server. I even erased this profil on workstation and on
server and created it once again, and still I have the same problem.
Error lokks like this:

Connection failed:
SQLState: '01000'
SQL Server Error: 53
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConncectionOpen
[Connect[]].
Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
SQL Server Error: 17
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist
or access denied.

Hi Filip,

Remember during the setup where it ask for a user account with SQL server
permissions. Did you change the password for that user recently?

If you have, what you'll need to do is, download the Editsite utility and
modify the database connection settings.

Editsite is showing that everything is ok. I have few urers' accounts
on exchange. Every user is connecting to project server. Only one is
profile (mine) have this problem. I cannot connect on this profile from
other profiles. I tried to erase profile folder from server and
nothing. Some can tell - create new profile for yourself - I did and
new profile cannot connect.
