I do not understand what you intend with a "macro"
If you are trying to total these field entries on a form
you should create a textbox set the format for this
textbox to currency and enter the formula;
=[BALANCEADJ]+[MOSERVICE]+[HOMECHARGES]+[ROAMCHARGES]+
[OTHERCHARGES]+[NONCOMMRELATED]+[TAXES]
What kind of error are you getting?
Give some more information for some more help.
