Problem with MS Word 2000

Thank you in advance to all.

We currently use MS Office Applications 2000. In MS Word,
the user is having problems utilizing the ANIMATE feature
on their office assistant. When right clicking the
feature, they cannot view or select any menu options as
they are appearing as a solid line " - ". Nothing else
appears.

The application has been installed, uninstalled and
reinstalled to try to correct the issue and MS has no
information on this issue in it's KB. Any advice or a
resolution is greatly appreciated.
