Problem with .msg files.

Sometimes when i open an .msg file in Outlook 2003 (no
exhange connection), saved with Outlook 2002, I can't se
the text. but if I open the same file, in an Outlook 2003
connected to Exchange, I can.

Help!

What happens if you just drag the .MSG file from the Windows folder it's in
into the Inbox of Outlook?
