Problem with MSP2003 and MSPServer2003

I have problems with connecting MSPS2003 from
Professional2003. PWA works fine and test connection as
well, but any attempt to connect to ProjectServer fails
with an error message "Cant connect - Project was unable
to establish a connection with ...". I have already
checked nearly everything according to an installation
manual but still withou success. I have the same problem
communicating with ProjectServer from a Share point
server site when I try to "Synchronize with Project
Server".

ProjectServer is installed on a Windows2003 srv which is
a domain server. Project Prof. 2003 is installed on a
worgroupe computer, which is not part of the domain. I
try to connect using a MSProject autentication.

Can anybody help?
