Are these separate folders in the same .pst file? If yes, then open each
one (contacts), select all, right click and drag to your preferred contacts
folder, select move. Do this for each one.
For calendars, open each calendar you want to copy in a by category view.
Again, select all, right click and drag to your preferred calendar folder
and select move. Do this for each one.
Outlook can only have one default calendar and contacts folder. To ensure
that you are moving items to the correct one, right click on each and see if
the "Delete" option is active. On the one where it is not active, that is
your default and the one you should be using.
If separate .pst files, then open each .pst and then the folder and repeat
the process above. Once finished, close each .pst file by right clicking
and selecting close.

How to ask a question:
http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375
After furious head scratching, Roger asked:
| It's a long story about how I got to this point but the bottom line
| is I've created multiple calendar files and multiple contacts files.
|
| Is there a way to merge these file so I have one contacts file and one
| calendar file? And then, how do I point Outlook to these two new
| correct files?
|
| Thank you very much,
|
| Roger
