problem with new contacts

i have created new address list in exchange2003 and new contacts in active
directory

now the new address list appears in outlook 2003 but contacts doesn't appear
in the new address list and also some of contacts doesn't appear in (all
contact) address list

what should i do to make all contacts appear in all contact list and the new
address list
note: i had used the receipient update services
