Problem with OFFICE 2003 and Limited Users

I'm Running Window XP Pro (SP3) and Office 2003 (SP3). I have just completed
an update to OFFICE using "Windows Update". The update included the
following:

Security Update for Microsoft Office 2003 (KB951535)
Security Update for Microsoft Office 2007 (KB951550)
Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (KB958436)
Security Update for Microsoft Office Word 2003 (KB956357)
Security Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB956828)
Security Update for the 2007 Microsoft Office System (KB958439)
Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB959140)

My system is configured with one 'administrator' account (where I load ALL
programs) and two 'limited' user accounts (where my wife and I normally work).

The office suite woks ok from the 'adminstrator' account. However, from the
'limited' accounts, anytime we try to run a program from the office
suite(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access), we get a screen the
states "preparing to install" followed by what appears to be something
installing. This sequence repeats several times. When it appears to be
done, and we try to work with the program the sequence starts all over.

Raising the limited accounts to 'administrator' status resolves the problem
which seems to negate the reason for 'limited' users.

What can be done to resolve this issue?

Peter:

The updates listed did not show up for removal by the "msicuu.exe" utility.
The problem remains
