Problem with office 2003 Publisher install

I have recently installed office 2003 on my computer. Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, and Outlook installed perfectly. When it went to install
Publisher I got this error below:

Files\pfiles\msoffice\office11\1033\pubwiz\fly98sp.poc

I tried to reinstall publisher twice but I kept getting this error.

I am running windows xp pro.

Can anyone help me with this, everything else I installed from the same
cd, installed and works perfectly.

Might be the file is corrupt or isn't being read correctly. Have you looked in
the 1033 folder to see if it has been installed in your attempts? If it is
there, rename it to fly98sp.old and try again.
