Problem with Office 2007 help files

I can't start help files in microsoft Office 2007 I always receive message
"There is a problem with one or more installed help files . Please repair
your office installation and try again" I tried repair and uninstall and
install again but this problem not solved
I saw this question in many groups but no one solve it and we didn't get any
reply from Microsoft.

When you say you "tried repair"...what did you do to repair, other
than uninstalling and reinstalling?
