Problem with Office Web Components 2002

One of our users is experiencing a problem when he tries
to View Availability in the Resource Center.

He is told that:
"In order to view this page, you need the Microsoft Office
Web Components 2002 or higher"

When he selects "Click here to install..." he is told that
the components already are installed.

Just to make things worse: It worked last week!

Does anyone have any knowledge of identified problems in
this area?

Colin:

Have you tried uninstalling the existing Office Web Components on the user's
machine? If not, I'd try that first, then browse to one of the pages in Web
Access that uses them to obtain a fresh copy.
