Problem with opening a file

Hi,

I am using Excel 2000 on Windows NT. My team and myself used to updat
a new excel sheet weekly. Suddenly for the past 2 weeks the excel shee
could not be opened. When we update it is okay when t goes to my tea
then I could not open. When double clicked it opens and close
immediately. Any help???
