We have a remote Office that goes throgh our Citrix server Porta
toaccess our Access SQL Server database. They have absolutely n
problems with that at all. However, one of the functions on a Form i
to export the current form's single record of data as a query into a
Excel workbook becoming a worksheet, and then use the Follow Hyperlin
Command to open the Excel File. When I try and run this from throug
the Portal and open the Excel workbook on my personal drive it take
about 5 seconds.
Howver when a user in our remote office tries to do the same thing, i
is taking almost 4 minutes. They have a print and file server with th
same drive mappings as ours. What is causing this to hang and how ca
