Problem with opening second mailbox

I have configured Outlook 2003 to open a second mailbox. I have ownership
permission on this second mailbox.

When I add the box - it shows up in my option to open. BUT, no contents of
the mailbox will display.

Any help.....

How were the permissions granted - in Outlook, or on the Exchange server? If
you need full access to the mailbox, it's best to set it on the server -
you'll get everything.
