We have installed Outlook 2000 on all of our Organizations laptops (some new
HP's
and some 1 - 2 yr old Compaqs), and we have found that on 4 of the 12
laptops Outlook will not open the Services Dialog box (Accounts on menu) to
create a new service. Even if we right-click on the Outlook icon and select
the properties menu item, nothing opens.
