I am experiencing a problem in Outlook 2003. When I either open or create
an email an "Advanced toolbar" is added to the toolbar area. I can have up
to 30-40 "Advanced toolbars" within a short time. I can delete/disable them,
but I can't figure out what is causing this.
Has anyone experienced this and is there a solution?
