Problem with Outlook Web Access

Hi all,

Here's my situation: One of my organization's users has a fairly new Mac
(OS 10.3, I think) running IE 5.2. This is her home computer. She's on a
high speed internet line. She has never had any problems accessing her
Exchange 5.5 email via Outlook Web Access before, but now she is getting a
very strange problem.

She logs onto OWA with no problems. She can open and read emails with no
problem. But at some point, maybe after opening and closing about 5 emails,
she can no longer open emails. When she attempts to open one, the resulting
window is blank (only white), and the title bar lists a long strong of
numbers. Every email she opens shows this.

If she logs off, closes her browser, reopens it, and re-logs in, everything
is fine for about 5 emails or so, and then the problem re-occurs.

I am unaware of any changes to the back-end Exchange server or any chnages
to her system. She is our only Mac user.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

Can you ask her to try Safari (comes with Mac OS X 10.3) or Mozilal
Firebird?
